The following are supporting materials for our entry into Category A01-D, "Tom Holcom, President of Pioneer Services."

To foster open and honest communication, Holcom will send "Fridays BEST" messages to all associates.

• A message about one of our associates who took it upon herself to watch a customer's four children while their mother was deployed to Iraq.

Holcom also encourages associates to take initiative and do what they think is best for the company. The following are some examples of associates doing just that.

Our ELITE recognition program is the very heart of our culture. Holcom has been instrumental in supporting it and getting all involved. The following is information about the associate-ran program.

Holcom isn't one to shy away from participating in events. The following is an image of him at an award announcement meeting, during which groups of associates were to see how many balloons they could fill and tape onto a designated person from their group.
