The Media Relations department is available to assist members of the news media with news-related requests they have about Pioneer Military Lending. We recognize that members of the media have deadlines and we will do all we can to meet your needs. We do ask that members of the media also assist by adhering to a few simple guidelines:

• Our media relations team is designated to respond to all reporter inquiries. Please contact our media relations department at our headquarters for any media needs.
• Associates at Pioneer Military Lending’s office are not designated as media spokespeople unless authorized by the media relations department. Please contact the media relations department for all media inquiries.
• All videotaping and photography of the Pioneer Military Lending office must first be authorized by the media relations department. If you would like to enter the office for video footage, sound bites, or photos, please contact the media relations department for assistance.
• Pioneer Military Lending is committed to our customer’s privacy. Before videotaping, taking photos, or interviewing a customer, we ask that you first obtain permission from that individual.
