ENROLLMENT HELP

MyAccount is the easiest way to manage your loan, update your account information, and much more. It’s also the best way to access Pioneer Payments to change or manage your loan payments. Wondering what you’ll need for enrollment? Follow the steps below to get started.

MYACCOUNT ENROLLMENT

1. Account Number: Located in an email from Pioneer Services sent on Tuesday, January 23rd, with the subject line “Pioneer Services system upgrade is complete.” If you got a loan more recently, it’s also contained in an email with the subject line “Welcome to Pioneer Services.”

2. Social Security Number: Enter your 9-digit SSN, numerals only.

3. PIN: Enter the last four digits of your Social Security Number, numerals only.

4. Date of Birth: Enter your DOB, matching your loan application. You can either type it in the format of mm/dd/yyyy or click the arrow to bring up a calendar.

5. Email address: Enter the email you used for your loan application.

6. Confirm email: Must match what you entered above.

Once you’ve entered all the required information, click the “ENROLL” button to continue. On the next page, you will be prompted to set up a username, password, and security questions, which will be your login credentials for future visits.

USING PIONEER PAYMENTS

Once you’ve enrolled in MyAccount, you will be able to access Pioneer Payments, our payment management system, by clicking the “Payments” tab. You can make a one-time payment as a guest, but we encourage you to register so you can access all of its available features. 

Enrollment in Pioneer Payments is simple and easy. Once enrolled, you will use your email address and password to log in. Please note these are separate login credentials from MyAccount.

You will need to know your Account Number whether you want to pay as a guest or a registered user. You can find it in either of these places:

  • In an email from Pioneer Services sent on Tuesday, January 23rd, with the subject line “Pioneer Services system upgrade is complete.”
  • In an email with the subject line “Welcome to Pioneer Services,” sent any time you get a new loan.
