Pioneer Services receives 'Conspicuous Service Medal' from Governor

Pioneer Services Representatives today received recognition from Missouri Governor Matt Blunt's office for their efforts in support of employees who are members of the National Guard and Reserves.

Bill Lawson, vice chairman of the Missouri Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve Committee, presented the "Conspicuous Service Medal" to the Chairman of Pioneer Financial Services, Bill Sullivan, in a short ceremony in the company boardroom Dec. 1.

The Conspicuous Service Medal was awarded to Pioneer Services for their "patriotic support, loyalty, and devotion" to its associates who serve in the National Guard and Reserves. Pioneer Services was also one of 15 companies nationwide to receive the Department of Defense Freedom Award for 2005.
