'Champion of Business' for 2010

Pioneer Services recognized by Kansas City Business Journal for growth, community involvement, commitment to team members

Pioneer Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank, was recently recognized as a 2010 Champion of Business by the Kansas City Business Journal at the organization's Fourth Annual Champion of Business Awards luncheon, which honors the best of Kansas City's business community.

Selected by an independent panel of judges, winners of the award have shown sustained financial success over the last three years, displayed innovation in their products and services, have a strong and vibrant corporate culture, and are dedicated to community involvement.

Pioneer Services was selected due to its strong performance despite a struggling economy. Other financial services providers have been impacted by the economic slowdown, but Pioneer Services has continued to experience significant growth and expansion, and has done so while remaining involved in the communities it serves, and reinvesting in its associates and their continued development.
