KANSAS CITY, Mo.
Since its inception in 1944, the VA Home Loan program has helped millions of military families realize the American dream of homeownership. With the housing market seeing a glut of available properties, now is a good time for numerous military families to buy a house—even for those still on active duty thanks to fewer moves in the modern military.
To help make the process easier for military families, Pioneer Services has created an article and accompanying podcast that explains VA home loan procedures, how to find a good lender, and other things to consider when buying a home.
"Buying a house can be an overwhelming experience, especially for first-time homebuyers," said Joe Freeman, chief operating officer for Pioneer Services and author of the article. "This podcast and article is intended to help educate customers about the benefits of the VA home loan program, while also offering them some helpful home-buying tips to make the overall process a little less complicated."
