Pioneer Services is honored for culture, ELITE recognition program, benefits

Pioneer Services has a long history of taking care of both its customers and its team members. This commitment to the latter group was recently recognized when Pioneer Services was named a "Great Place to Work in Southern Nevada" by the Southern Nevada Human Resources Association, an affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Pioneer Services was chosen due to its culture, benefits, and commitment to its team members' growth and success. This includes a unique team-member led and driven recognition program, paid volunteer time off, numerous training and growth opportunities, and much more.
"We believe our people are our most important assets and, as a company, do all we can to ensure they're treated as such," said Joe Freeman, president of Pioneer Services. "Part of that includes empowering team members to build upon and enhance our culture, whether through our already-existing ELITE behaviors recognition program, or by creating contests and fun events held throughout the year."
The company has received nearly a dozen awards since 2004 for its culture and benefits, including ones from SHRM, Ingram's business magazine, PR News, and several other local and national organizations.
"Our team members are the drivers of our culture," added Freeman, "and this recognition is a tribute to their efforts in making Pioneer Services a truly great place to work."
