Pioneer Services website named “Site of the Year” for “Best Banking Customer Experience” Receives Sitecore Site of the Year Award

When Pioneer Services, a division of MidCountry Bank, wanted to revamp its website last year it spent several months exploring technology solutions. The goal was to create a site that simplified the user experience, created visitor engagement through interactive tools, and allowed for speedy content updates through a user friendly interface for team members.  In the end, the company chose Sitecore, a leading web content management and customer experience management software company.

All of that research and work has paid off: was recently named “North American Site of the Year” for “Best Banking Customer Experience.” Winners in other categories included the University of Kansas Hospital, American Express, and Revlon.

“We are honored to have our new website recognized by Sitecore,” said Director of Marketing Randy Freese. “It’s the hub of our customer interactions: serving military customers worldwide. The Sitecore platform allows us to manage updates quickly and launch new site enhancements with ease.” 

Websites are selected from the more than 3000 worldwide that use the software, with nominations based upon input from partners, customers, the press, analysts and colleagues. Winners are then selected based on each company’s use of Sitecore’s software and how they have done so in a way that is creative, integrated with third-party applications, and the overall user experience.
