Pioneer Services Named Finalist for PR Daily Awards

Pioneer Services, the military division of MidCountry Bank, switched to a strictly digital focus last year as a way to more effectively serve military families. These efforts have been recognized for by Ragan’s PR Daily awards, which have recognized two of the company’s key online outreach strategies: its blog and overall mobile strategy.

The Pioneer Services blog began with the revamp of the company’s website in late 2012, and has been consistently updated with fresh and interesting content ever since.  There are currently more than a hundred blogs on topics that cover financial matters and military life in general. The company’s mobile strategy has been a huge success, with nearly 50 percent of all traffic to coming from mobile devices—a trend that is most likely to continue in the coming years.
