MAKE A PAYMENT

At Pioneer Services, we offer several payment options, each with unique features and benefits designed to fit your lifestyle. For your convenience, you can make one-time payments online, set up a recurring, automatic payment schedule, or make payments automatically with a military allotment. We recently made some enhancements to MyAccount and our payment system, so please review your options carefully.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

Pioneer Payments is the easiest way to manage your loan payments online. You’ll need to register a new account in order to gain full access to its many features, which include:

  • Recurring, automatic payments
  • Customizable payment schedules
  • Digital wallet to save your preferred payment method
  • Automatic account alerts

You can also sign in as a guest to make one-time payments at your convenience. It's a quick and simple way to make payments without needing to create an account.

ALLOTMENT PAYMENTS

If you’re currently making electronic or manual payments and would like to switch to an allotment, or if you’re currently paying by allotment and want to change your payment amount, you’ll first need to fill out a new Allotment Authorization Form on our website. Please note that this is a two-step process. We’ll provide instructions on setting up the allotment in myPay on the DFAS website after you submit the form

If you chose to pay by allotment when you took out a new loan or refinanced an existing one, you will need to create or adjust your allotment in myPay on the DFAS website to finish the process. Click here for detailed instructions.
