As Pioneer Services is no longer providing personal loans to military personnel, how you manage your current or past Pioneer Services loan may have changed.
Active Loan Customers
If you have an active or open loan with Pioneer Services, your loan has been purchased and will be serviced by Systems & Services Technologies, Inc. (SST). SST will be emailing account and payment information to the email address we have on record. This information will be needed to set up your new login information. Visit www.accountinfo.com to set up online access. You can contact SST at 1-866-208-2110 if you have any questions.
If you were previously enrolled in automatic payments through ACH or allotment with Pioneer Services, they will be carried over to the new system automatically. Payments being made via debit card will not be carried over and you will need to reestablish payment. Please visit the SST site as soon as possible and set up login information to ensure your payments are made on time according to your current payment schedule.
If you use Western Union to make your payment, please use the code city “SST” and code state of “MO”. If you would like to send a payment by mail, please ensure that you mail the payment to provide adequate time for it to arrive on or before your payment due date(s), and please use this address:
