Clarksville, TN is a blend of city life and country charm. From world-class theatres and art exhibits, to honky-tonks and handcrafted country music—sure, there’s a lot of country, but there’s a little rock-n-roll here, too.
Clarksville’s climate is moderate, so you can enjoy the great outdoors with your family year-round. And with a population of just over 130,000, there are many friends to be made. Fort Campbell’s history began just months before the attack on Pearl Harbor. Initially, the post was a wartime training camp, but in 1950, it became a permanent installation. Fort Campbell is also the home of the parachute demonstration team, “Screaming Eagles,” with a diverse background of Army Military Occupational Specialties who perform over 60 demos yearly.
Clarksville, TN has some of the most handsome landscapes in the area that make a picturesque backdrop for all of the bustling activities and attractions. Whether you prefer to explore outdoors or in the countryside or the city scape, there is plenty for you to see and do:
