Pioneer Services Hosts U.S. Navy Band at Kauffman Center -- March 6, 2018

2018 National Tour event includes free performance in Kansas City

The U.S. Navy Concert Band will perform at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at the Kauffman Center- Helzberg Hall. The performance is free, but tickets are required. The event is being underwritten by KC-based Pioneer Services, a Division of MidCountry Bank, and coordinated with the Navy League - Greater Kansas City Council.

Recognized as one of the finest ensembles in the world, this is the first time the military’s premier U.S. Navy Concert Band has performed at the Kauffman Center in Kansas City. This appearance is free and open to the public, including active-duty military, veterans, students, and music aficionados that want to experience this once-in-a-lifetime event.

As the original ensemble of the Navy Band, the Concert Band has been performing in high profile events around the world for nearly 90 years. Based out of the Navy Yard in Washington D.C., the 2018 National Tour includes stops in just 21 cities in 12 states around the nation.
